Small Moves
Established in 1976, Alert Removals is here to service smaller clients with the same high level of service, efficiency and cost-effectiveness as the larger household and office moves. Small Moves is now an extension of Alert Removals and specialises in the small furniture removals of single items and bachelor / granny flats and small houses.
The services of small furniture removals include packing of boxes and the wrapping of furniture, mirrors and frames.
‘All-Risk’ insurance cover is offered at a nominal charge.

They will help get your office equipment to operate smoothly and with the least amount of trouble. We can also be your experts for moving and storage of industrial equipment and heavy machinery. Our moving company can take charge of warehouse and inventory management, special projects, and much more.In the case of new office construction or re-modelling, Alert Removals can accept delivery of office furniture and machines and store them for you in one of our secure warehouses. When you’re ready, we can deliver, unload, and set them up at your new space.
Local and Long Distance
Furniture Removals (Home & Office Removals) Local and long distance. The handling of all furniture will be carried out by a team of well experienced guys from Alert Removals to ensure the goods are not damaged from breakages and scratches. We will also provide you with blankets. Empty boxes can be arranged.
All trucks and bakkies are fully covered. For outstanding customer services, all removals will be supervised.

Packing and Storage
It’s not unusual for our clients to require storage facilities during a move, either before or after, and Alert Removals offers the perfect storage solution.
Our world-class facilities offer short- and long-term storage solutions in secure and modern warehouses throughout South Africa. All consignments are stored in wooden pallet boxes stacked in our warehouses – which are protected by alarm systems and 24-hour armed-response teams. Access is restricted and entry is only authorised if a visitor is accompanied by the warehouse foreman. Arrangements for access must be made at least 24 hours prior to the planned visit.
All warehouses are well-maintained and ventilated, with regular fumigation and pest-control measures taken..
Piano Specialist
